Client Relationship Associate

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about our services Build and maintain strong client relationships Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience Handle client feedback and resolve any concerns professionally

Requirements:

Female candidates only (as per company hiring policy) Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client relations is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Presentable, professional, and customer-focused Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
