Job Title: Client relationship Executive with PRO Experience

We are seeking a motivated and experienced CRM Executive to join our business setup industry in Dubai. As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, managing their accounts, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Your main responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Visa Processing :

• Process and renew work visas, residence permits, and labor cards for employees.

Labor Contracts :

• Prepare and manage labor contracts in compliance with local labor laws.
• Ensure timely renewal and updates of labor contracts as required.

Documentation and Compliance :

• Ensure all employee documentation is up to date and compliant with labor and immigration regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of employee documents, including passports, visas, and labor contracts.

Government Liaison :

• Act as a point of contact between the company and labor/immigration authorities.
• Facilitate smooth communication and resolve any issues related to labor and immigration matters.

Employee Relations :

• Assist employees with their labor-related queries and provide support during the visa and documentation process.
• Ensure employees are informed of any changes in labor laws and regulations.

Reporting and Updates :

• Keep management updated on the status of visa applications, renewals, and other labor-related activities.
• Provide regular reports on compliance and labor-related matters.

Other Administrative Tasks :

• Assist with other administrative tasks as required, including document attestation, company licensing, and other PRO-related services.
• Handle visa applications, cancellations, and other related formalities with the relevant government authorities.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skill
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Experience in using CRM software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English & Arabic
