Job Description

Key Responsibilities of a Client Relationship Executive:

• Client Onboarding : Assisting new clients as they begin working with the company, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and understanding of services/products.
• Relationship Management : Maintaining regular contact with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring they are satisfied with the company's products or services.
• Customer Support : Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Client Retention : Proactively engaging with clients to maintain long-term business relationships and reduce churn (the loss of clients).
• Upselling and Cross-selling : Identifying opportunities to offer additional products or services that meet clients' evolving needs.
• Reporting and Analysis : Monitoring the health of client accounts, tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback to both the client and internal teams.
• Customized Solutions : Understanding the unique needs and goals of each client and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
• Collaboration with Other Teams : Working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure clients' needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Contract Renewals : Managing and negotiating contract renewals or extensions with clients.
