Giftery is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive B2B Client Account Executive to join our growing team!

As an Client Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for supporting existing clients, assisting with the onboarding of new clients, and ensuring all client queries are addressed within the expected response times. You will play a key role in managing client documentation, contract updates, and maintaining strong coordination with internal teams, including Finance and IT.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide email and chat support to B2B clients, addressing their queries and redirecting new clients to the appropriate channels.
Assist with onboarding new clients, including KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, documentation management, and handling licenses.
Manage and update contracts, including modifying information in predefined templates and assisting with contract creation and management.
Track and monitor client queries to ensure they are addressed within the average handling time, and follow up on outstanding queries to ensure timely resolution.
Manage basic issues related to integrations and collaborate with relevant teams for solutions.
Work closely with Finance and IT departments to ensure smooth operations and accurate client data management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in accounts or client support.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Experience in managing contracts and client documentation.
Ability to resolve client queries efficiently and professionally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, basic CRM systems, and knowledge of tools like Zendesk, FreshDesk, or similar platforms.
A proactive and problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail.
Additional Information:
Full-time position with a structured work schedule (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 5 days a week).
Competitive salary range of 3000 AED - 4000 AED per month, based on experience.
