We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly organized Client Relations Officer to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will manage client interactions, maintain strong relationships, and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns. Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements effectively. Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly. Prepare and present client reports and feedback to management. Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance client relationships. Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain consistent communication to foster client retention and loyalty.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 5-8years of experience in client relations or customer service, preferably within a business setup, consultancy, or similar industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
