Responsibilities: ? Build and maintain relationships with clients after the signing of the contracts and be a single point of contact for all types of communication. ? Analyze customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure 100% customer satisfaction is achieved. ? Support Operations team by providing real time solutions and communication with the client. ? Follow up on the site readiness with the Site Engineers. ? Receive, assign, and follow up on measurement requests with the site engineer. ? Follow up on collecting second payment. ? Responsible for due diligence of Final Measurements and Contracts closed by the sales team. Requirements: ? Relevant customer service experience specifically dealing with the Emaratis ? Having construction and mechanical background or experience will be preferred. ? Bilingual with excellent English and Arabic communication. ? Native Arabic speaker preferably. ? Fluent English is a must.
