We are looking for a motivated and driven

Client Relations Manager

to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized real estate experience. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to sales, resales, property valuations, real estate services, and Dubai property tours. Provide expert guidance and tailored property recommendations based on clients' needs and investment goals. Enhance client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and proactively addressing concerns. Represent the company at industry events, including exhibitions, property launches, presentations, and seminars, to strengthen client engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction process and high customer retention.

Requirements:

Minimum of

1+ years of experience

in the UAE real estate sector (developer or brokerage firm). Strong network of investors, brokers, and agents.

RERA certification

and/or a

UAE driving license with a car

are advantageous. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Professional appearance and client-focused approach.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
