Holiday Homes, Client Relations Manager

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.
This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.
They should be able to think critically when negotiating with the prospect clients and have a demonstrated ability to execute successful deal.

Responsibilities
Delivering great Client outcomes with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
Proactively managing all aspects of Tenants affairs in a prompt and efficient manner.
Maintain existing business.
Managing reservation calendar for bookings of the assigned properties.
Provide and engage information about the company profile to potential clients.
Listing properties on: Property Finder, Bayut, Airbnb, booking.com, VRBO and other online portals.
Managing rental process from negotiating rates, collecting security deposit, rental fee and signing of contracts.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements

Qualifications

Most preferred Male Arabic speaker, Fluent in English.
. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
. 1 - 2 years' prior real estate/holiday homes industry related to client relations experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful customer service
Focused and goal-oriented
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
