TITLE: Client Relations Associate DIVISION/DEPARTMENT:LOCATION:MARKET: EMEA Dubai GCC Countries REPORTS TO: Vice President - EMEA Division SCOPE \xc2\xb7 The Client Relations Associate will play a pivotal role in our companys growth by assisting the Regional Sales Manager (Saudi Arabia & Bahrain) in generating new business. This individual will be responsible for establishing and enhancing customer relationships, contributing significantly to our expansion in GCC. RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify potential clients across Saudi Arabia & Bahrain through various methods such as cold calls, market research, trade shows, and our in-house database.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify, recommend, and schedule in-person customer visits.
Conduct cold calls within the territory to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Support the Regional Sales Manager in various tasks including, but not limited to:
Identifying, researching, and qualifying new leads.
Maintaining the contact database.
Tracking departmental sales.
Attend and support trade shows, including managing the leads generated from these events.
Manage contact databases and focus accounts, developing a deeper understanding of our clients to identify opportunities for expanding the sale of products and services, thereby increasing profitability.
Communicate with clients regarding services, customer experience, potential issues, etc.
Monitor client behavior and identify trends in order volume and value.
Foster deeper connections between customers and our company to enhance customer loyalty.
Qualifications:
Two to three years of experience in a similar role in a technical, instrumentation, or manufacturing organization.
Proven experience in prospecting and cold-calling.
Fluency in both written and verbal English & Arabic.
Proficiency in writing effective emails.
Proficiency with PC applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Goal-oriented, persuasive, and able to remain positive and calm when faced with challenges.
Background in the Gauges and Instrumentation industry is an asset.
