What can you expect:




The role is to act as focal point for a large book of business, bringing together the different areas of Marsh to deliver superior service and advice to the client. Embedded within a team of colleagues and in a collaborative approach with team / senior leader, he/she should hold the lead in the client relationship delivering excellent service as required with abundant technical and commercial knowledge with a commitment to excellence. The team is young but experienced and has a great working atmosphere.




We will rely on you to:


• Manage client portfolio independently with multiple industry focus. Build and maintain relationships with clients, to provide best in class service and drive growth.




• Perform critical client functions, including evaluating risks; reviewing loss experience, cash flow and financials; developing solutions; articulating impact of options; leveraging prepared analytics and making recommendations to client across product lines, collaborate with other organizational practices to facilitate cross-selling opportunities.




• Deliver day-to-day administration as per company standards including liaising with internal teams as required, mid-term changes and contract reviews.




• Understands and fulfill all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients.




• Maintain a detailed understanding of changing market conditions, deep understanding of Insurers' service propositions and capabilities to provide well-informed recommendations to clients.




• Undertake assigned tasks and projects as directed by senior leadership, meeting agreed-upon timelines.



What you need to have:

• University Degree.
• 5-7 years of insurance experience preferably in a multinational organization, UAE market experience would be an asset.
• Experience in large corporate general lines of insurance is a must.
• Knowledge of MS office suite
• Bilingual in English
