Key Responsibilities:

• Represent and promote the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Handle guest bookings efficiently while upselling to meet revenue targets.
• Resolve guest inquiries and escalations via telephone, email, and chat promptly.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal policies.
• Maintain and update customer databases accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams and achieve personal performance objectives.

About You:
To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• Experience in 5-star luxury hospitality.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
