We are seeking a female Client Engagement Specialist with 1 year of experience to join our team immediately! In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they have a positive experience with our company and services. Knowledge of Zoho CRM is essential to manage client interactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
• Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
• Engagement Strategy : Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and engagement across various touchpoints.
• Issue Resolution : Address client concerns, feedback, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Client Onboarding : Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and setting expectations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
• Client Retention : Proactively identify opportunities to retain clients and improve their overall experience.
• CRM Management : Utilize Zoho CRM to track client interactions, manage leads, and maintain client data. Ensure accurate records and timely follow-ups.
• Reporting & Analytics : Monitor client engagement metrics using Zoho CRM and provide regular reports on performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
• 1 year of experience in a client-facing or customer service role.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM and customer engagement tools.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
