Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for showcasing the value of Expin to potential clients and ensuring a seamless and effective collaboration between clients and our influencer team. The ideal candidate will excel in client interactions, strategy development, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Demos: Conduct comprehensive demonstrations of the Expin platform to prospective clients, highlighting its unique features and benefits.
• Client Briefing: Collect detailed briefs from clients, understanding their marketing needs, goals, and expectations.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with the influencer team to devise effective marketing strategies tailored to each client's objectives.
• Proposal Preparation: Create compelling proposals and quotations, ensuring they align with client needs and budgetary constraints.
• Client Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Event Attendance: Represent Expin at industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand the client base.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in marketing, advertising, or related fields.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and translate client needs into actionable strategies.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
