Sunny Wellness Centre is actively looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Client Coordinator, seeking an individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client engagement, scheduling appointments, ensuring positive visitor experiences, and providing comprehensive information about our services. We are looking for someone who can contribute to the seamless functioning of administrative tasks and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients with inquiries and appointments.
• Coordinate and schedule client appointments efficiently.
• Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed.
• Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Promote and upsell clinic services and products to meet sales targets.
• Follow up with clients post-appointment to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities.
• Assist in the development of client retention strategies.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a client coordination or customer service role, preferably in the healthcare/derma or wellness industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Familiarity with wellness practices and services is an advantage.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities
