Client Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a Client Coordinator to join our team and support client interactions, project management, and business operations. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills in English (fluent) and Hindi and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients.

Handle client inquiries, provide necessary information, and ensure timely responses.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, follow up on client requests, and manage documentation.

Support business development activities by maintaining client relationships and assisting with proposals.

Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare reports, track client interactions, and maintain records in CRM tools.

Requirements

? Fluent in English (Must) and Hindi.

? Bachelor's Degree (Graduation required).

? Minimum 2 years of experience in client coordination, customer service, or business consultancy.

? Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.

? Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
