Identifying key account opportunities with new and existing clients primarily in the Spatial
Experiences Unit, with a focus on museums, exhibitions, theme parks and other cultural projects
Developing and managing a strategic network to acquire new clients and business relations
Establishing and maintaining key accounts and building on our already substantial client base with new clients
Developing existing customer relationships as aligned to our sales and marketing strategy
Acting as key point of contact with relevant stakeholders of existing revenue generating accounts, cultivating strong company/client relationships
Building company credibility, brand value, and trust with clients to ensure customer retention and confidence in the brand
Conducting intensive market and competition observation and derivation of activities with active feedback to inform sales planning and marketing campaigns
Collaboration with project management and marketing management teams to identify the ongoing and future business needs
Good understanding of technical, business & contractual correlations in depth and detail
Collaborating with Contract Management as required.
Office Location: Dubai (however, business trips for projects might be part of the job)Your profile:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience
Experience in Audio Visual Projects for museums, permanent installations, cultural projects or equivalent in the Middle East is a must
