Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gauge satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide clients with product updates, training, and support to enhance their experience.
Handle client feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies.
Prepare and present reports on client interactions, satisfaction, and areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client engagement.
Participate in client meetings, events, and networking opportunities to represent the company.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a similar industry (Healthcare)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
