ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Seline Clinic , renowned as the leading full-cycle aesthetic medical clinic in Russia. As part of our expansion to the heart of the Middle East, we are looking for experienced "Client Advisor" to join our team. He/She will play a crucial role in promoting our aesthetic services, educating clients on treatment options, and ensuring an exceptional experience for each client.

•JOB DESCRIPTION: •

• Engage with clients in person, by phone, and through digital channels to discuss aesthetic treatments and services.
• Understand client goals and concerns, and provide recommendations based on services offered.
• Conduct consultations to provide treatment information, pricing, and potential results.
• Build lasting client relationships by offering exceptional customer service and follow-up.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting treatments, memberships, and package deals.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all services, promotions, and new treatments to present to clients.
• Track and report on sales metrics, trends, and opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with clinicians, aestheticians, and management to create a cohesive and supportive environment for clients.
• Provide feedback from clients to ensure continuous improvement of services and customer experience.

•JOB REQUIREMENTS: •

• Bachelors Degree
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within an aesthetic clinic preferably in Wellness Spa department or (e.g., plastic surgery, beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics).
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good pleasing personality with excellent communication, planning, organization, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Aesthetics Clinic experience in Dubai (preferred)
• Russian language will be an added advantage.
