Job Summary:

YABS Public Relations Management is seeking a driven and results-focused Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The role involves identifying and acquiring new clients, building lasting relationships, and driving business growth in the PR and communications sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and achieve targets.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored PR solutions.
• Create and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain an organized database of leads and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities.
• Provide regular updates and reports on client acquisition activities to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and business culture.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Fluency in English is required.
