J Lambda K Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated Accountant cum Clerk to handle accounting tasks and clerical duties. This role requires working both on-site (Construction site and in the office)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records, reports and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and process invoices, reconcile bank statements and assist in financial statement preparation.
• Handle office correspondence and phone calls.
• Assist with administrative tasks and office management.
• Manage site-related financial activities, record site expenses and income and coordinate with site managers for financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Experience in accounting and clerical work
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility to work in the office and on-site as needed.
• Preference will be given to Malayalam speakers.

Working Conditions:

• Construction site based work (Shift basis)
• Accommodation provided by the company.
• Salary of 1500 AED per month.
