1. Perform clerical duties, including but not limited to:
Answering phones, taking messages, and transferring calls.
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages.
Typing, formatting, and editing documents, reports, and correspondence.
Filing, scanning, and organizing documents and records.
Data entry into company databases or spreadsheets.
2. Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office. 3. Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder supplies as needed. 4. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events as required. 5. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and documents. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
