Bustan Al Reef Technical and Cleaning Services is seeking an experienced and dedicated Cleaning/Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and manage our cleaning team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in cleaning and housekeeping, with excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.

- Train and mentor cleaning staff on best practices and safety procedures.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with company standards.

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

- Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to cleaning services.

- Maintain records of cleaning activities and staff performance.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within cleaning/housekeeping.

- Minimum education: 12th-grade graduate.

- Must have UAE driving license

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Good knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
