• Assist in performing various cleaning tasks, including but not limited to pressure washing, soft washing, surface cleaning, and other related activities.
• Support the Supervisor in preparing equipment, tools, and cleaning solutions.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently.
• Uphold the company\'s high-quality standards and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• English speaking is a must
• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor tasks.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding results.

Position 2: Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead a team of cleaning personnel to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.
• Provide guidance and instruction to helpers regarding cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
• Monitor the progress of work and ensure adherence to established quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that require additional attention or improvement.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.

Requirements:

• UAE driving license
• Proven experience in the cleaning industry or related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Extensive knowledge of various cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
