Job Overview: The Female Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of a palace in Riyadh. This role involves managing a team of cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for residents and guests. Key Responsibilities: Supervision: Oversee daily cleaning operations and staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Staff Management: Train, supervise, and motivate cleaning staff. Schedule work shifts and assign duties to ensure adequate coverage. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and other facilities within the palace to ensure they meet established cleanliness standards. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment. Order additional supplies as needed. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Address any issues or hazards promptly. Customer Service: Address and resolve any complaints or concerns related to cleanliness. Ensure a high level of satisfaction for residents and guests. Reporting: Maintain records of cleaning activities, incidents, and maintenance issues. Report to management as required. Continuous Improvement: Implement and suggest improvements in cleaning procedures and processes. Qualifications: Experience: Must have 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a resort, hotel, or palace setting. Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment used in hospitality or high-standard environments. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
