Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor cum Sales Agent to oversee our cleaning operations and drive sales growth in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality cleaning services, managing a team of cleaning staff, and identifying new business opportunities to drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Cleaning Supervisor: Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure high-quality services Manage a team of cleaning staff, including training, supervising, and evaluating performance. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met Implement and maintain quality control processes Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in cleaning services or hospitality industry. Proven sales and marketing experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Fluency in English (additional languages an asset) Driving license mandatory Please send your resume/CV
