We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced FEMALE Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently met. Key Responsibilities:
Expected Start Date: 01/07/2024
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met.
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Address client inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Perform cleaning duties as needed to support the team.
- A Driving License is a plus but not required.
- Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role in UAE.
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and products.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in cleaning or hospitality management is a plus.
