Job Title : Cleaning Supervisor
Department : Facilities Management
Reports To : Facilities Supervisor or Site Engineer
Job Summary: Coordinate, schedule, and supervise the daily activities of cleaners. They assign tasks and inspect building areas to see that work has been done properly; they also issue supplies and equipment and inventory stocks to ensure that supplies on hand are adequate. Should maintain Computer Aided Facilities Management in the project independently and knowledge in working through CAFM.Ensure that all works are being supervised. Assist the cleaners to use the chemical properly and having knowledge to make safety measures if any incident happens. Will inspect the completed work areas and ensures that all works are executed as per expected standards. Will prepare schedules for cleaning and distribute it to the cleaners. Will prepare report on the cleaning progress. Will ensure that the materials used are appropriate and delivers the required results. Will conduct spot checks on all common facilities under the contract terms and ensures that all is in order. Will recommend any works or repairs that may be required for the building to FM team.
Skills: With more than 2-3 years UAE experience and UAE driving license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
