Job Description

We are a newly established cleaning company seeking for an

experienced Cleaning Supervisor

to join our team in

Abu Dhabi

. The ideal candidate must have

a minimum of 3 years of experience

in a

house cleaning company

and will be responsible for overseeing business operations, optimizing daily team scheduling, and ensuring high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily operations, including

team allocation and scheduling

for maximum efficiency. Provide

training

to staff to ensure service consistency and maintain high-quality standards. Handle

customer inquiries

and ensure exceptional customer service. Monitor and maintain operational standards to enhance business performance.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience

in a house cleaning company.

Strong organizational and leadership skills

to manage scheduling and team coordination.

Proficiency in computer skills

, including

MS Office

.

Proficient in English language.

Preferred: Female candidates

.

Location:

Abu Dhabi.
