Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the cleaning industry. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a valid driving license, and the ability to operate cleaning machines. This role requires the supervisor to manage a team of cleaners, ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained, and provide effective training to new employees. The Cleaning Supervisor will report directly to the Soft Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise daily cleaning activities to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in all assigned areas.
• Train and guide cleaning staff in the use of cleaning machines, chemicals, and proper cleaning techniques.
• Assign cleaning tasks to team members, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is well-maintained, and report any faults or issues.
• Provide assistance in handling cleaning supplies and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide reports on cleaning staff performance and any areas needing improvement.
• Assist in the development of cleaning schedules and optimize cleaning procedures.
• Ensure the cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, and other designated spaces.
• Perform additional duties as required by the Soft Services Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to use and maintain various cleaning machines and equipment.
• Proven ability to train and manage a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Good physical condition and stamina to perform cleaning tasks when necessary.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
