a Key Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Monitor the quality of work to ensure it meets company standards.
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures, use of equipment, and safety protocols.
• Provide ongoing training and support to existing staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Address any cleaning issues or complaints promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Order and replenish supplies as needed.
• Ensure all staff follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Implement and enforce sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Stay updated on health and safety regulations and ensure team compliance.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities, inspections, and inventory.
• Prepare and submit reports on cleaning operations and any issues encountered.
• Interact with clients to address their needs and concerns.
• Ensure client satisfaction with cleaning services.
• Client visits, inspections and preparing the quotations
• Operating machines like sofa cleaning machines , Floor machines
• Need knowledge about different cleaning chemicals

UAE Driving License- Not mandatory

Accomerdation proving by the company

Experience
Minimum 2 year experience in a similar role ( Maid service industry / carpet /sofa House deep cleaning )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Soft Services supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)
