A well reputed company in Bahrain looking for Cleaning Operations Officer and Cleaning Supervisor Job Responsibilities: . Leads cleaners on cleaning activities . Oversee staff on a daily basis and briefing the staff for daily tasks . Check all designated areas for cleanliness . Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence . Establish and leads staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards . Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job . Respond to customer complaints and special requests . Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock . Participate in large cleaning projects as required . Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas Requirements : . Minimum 3-4 years of experience in same field is a must . Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products . Excellent organizational and team management skills .
