Job Description
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Salary: SAR 10,000 - 14,000 (Total Package) Working Hours: 12 hours (including 1-hour break), 1 day off per week (Friday) Requirements: Experience: 8-10 years, with at least 5 years of Gulf experience. Project Experience: Must have experience in Metro stations, Airports, Hospitals, High-rise buildings, Industrial cleaning, or Malls. Certification: Minimum Diploma or 8 years of relevant experience. BICSc certifications are an added advantage. Age: Below 40 years. Nationality: Egyptian, Filipino, Indian, and Sri Lankan nationals only. Iqama: Transferable and valid. Responsibilities: Manage and mentor all janitorial staff or sub-contractors delivering cleaning services. Ensure that cleaning staff are approved and competent for specific tasks. Control and plan preventive maintenance within the contract. Adhere to company procedures and the IMS system. Maintain and manage sufficient stock levels for cleaning services. Monitor and adapt to changing client needs and develop strong client relationships. Ensure timely service delivery, meeting SLA/KPIs, and conducting periodic client meetings. Optimize the use of materials, consumables, and CAFM system. Mentor team members and guide direct reports. Produce periodic progress reports for the client. Please send your resume/CV
