Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning tasks at client sites, including offices, residential properties, retail spaces, and other premises as assigned. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas, ensuring they meet high hygiene standards. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas. Remove trash and recyclables, replacing liners as needed. Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to a streak-free finish. Handle and operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, and pressure washers safely. Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory at client locations. Follow client-specific cleaning protocols and schedules. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly. Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Requirements:

Prior experience in cleaning services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet cleaning standards. Physical fitness to perform manual cleaning tasks and lift up to [weight limit, e.g., 25 lbs]. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team. Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, if required.
