Job Title: Cleaner

Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas, ensuring a clean and safe environment for employees, customers, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as necessary.
• Dust and wipe surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in the appropriate manner.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in restrooms.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and guidelines.
• Assist with the deep cleaning of spaces when required.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly.
• Report any security, maintenance, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of any outdoor areas or walkways.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.

Working Conditions:

• May require standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Some tasks may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals; protective equipment will be provided.
• This position may require occasional overtime or shift work, depending on the cleaning schedule.
