Key Responsibilities

:

Clean and sanitize designated areas, including offices, hallways, restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and outdoor spaces. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors, and clean carpets and upholstery. Dust and wipe surfaces, furniture, windows, and walls. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly. Clean and disinfect restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including kitchens, break rooms, and stairways. Report any maintenance issues, such as plumbing or electrical problems, to the supervisor. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are well-maintained and stocked. Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment. Assist with deep cleaning tasks as required, including seasonal or post-event cleaning.

Skills and Qualifications

:

Proven experience as a cleaner or in a similar role, preferably in commercial or residential settings. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness. Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items and perform manual labor. Punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
