Receive work assignments, keys, and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key logbook accurately.
Clean rooms and bathrooms, performing any combination of the following duties.
Keep fire exits and stairways clear of any obstruction.
Check and report any maintenance work required immediately.
Pick up any litter from villas.
Vacuum carpet and upholstered furniture, dust and wipe furniture, empty ashtrays, and wastebaskets.
Make the bed, wash sink, bathtub, toilet, tiles, mirrors and floor and polish brass and metal.
Replenish bathroom supplies and room supplies.
Tidy and arrange neatly guest toilet articles on the vanity top and spot clean carpet when necessary.
Clean the villas\' internal and external areas as identified by the company and the checklist provided.
Clean and keep the guest corridors, service pantries and service areas neat and tidy at all times.
Remove the Room Service tray and trolley from the guestroom and corridors.
Ensure consistently high operating standards in every area of Housekeeping, as identified by the company standards.
Provide excellent guest service.
Responsible for Cleaning villas before guest check-in, mid-stay and after departure.
Making beds following the international standards and training provided.
Replacing dirty linens and towels.
Restocking guestroom amenities like toiletries, drinking glasses, and room amenities.
Removing garbage, recycling, and room service trays.
Organizing and stocking housekeeping carts.
Notifying the maintenance department about broken appliances or damage.
Upholding the company\xe2\x80\x99s confidentiality and security standards.
Ensure all common areas including but not limited to roads, walkways, and streets are always clean.
Collect windblown litter daily from the roads, pavements, and walkways.
Ensure Garbage is collected daily from villas and disposed of in the common Garbage room.
Sweeps, mops, polishes, vacuums floors and other carpeted areas
Empty common waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
Ensure to dust, damp wipe, wash or polish furniture, ledges, windowsills external surfaces of cupboards, radiators, shelves, and fitments.
Replenish consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels) if required within the contract.
Ensure to clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, sinks, baths, showers and drinking fountains.
Maintain the general cleanliness and maintenance of assigned area and site; to be attentive to details.
Performs all cleaning aspects of halls, offices, boardrooms, restrooms, pantry, external common areas, villas, and apartments as well as washes walls, glass windows, upholstered furniture, and window coverings.
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
Carry out any tasks as instructed by the line managers.
Pressure washes all external areas including roads, pavements etc.
Clean streetlight poles, Fire hydrants and external signages.
