Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Clean designated facility areas including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.
Perform and track routine inspection.
Update checklists on timely manner as per schedule.
Perform and track maintenance activities and notify management if in case there is a need for repair and interventions.
Stock and maintain supply rooms.
Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Support in ensuring full adherence to SOPs and policies.
Qualifications
High school diploma or relevant certificate course.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified with at least 1 year in UAE market.
Good knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets.
Good knowledge in handling cleaning tools & chemicals
Ability to work alone and in a team.
Awareness of health and safety procedures.
Reading skills for following instructions.
Able to manage time effectively.
Basic communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
