Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaner to maintain a clean and orderly environment in our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This role is essential to ensure that all areas are hygienic and welcoming for staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors and surfaces.
• Sanitation: Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas. Ensure that sanitation standards are consistently met.
• Waste Management: Empty trash cans, dispose of waste properly, and ensure recycling procedures are followed.
• Stock Management: Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and report any restocking needs to the supervisor.
• Detail Cleaning: Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, window washing, and wall cleaning.
• Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Adherence to Policies: Follow all health and safety regulations, and adhere to cleaning protocols and procedures.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service and respond to any special cleaning requests or concerns from staff or visitors.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
