Key Responsibilities:
General Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing of floors and furniture.
Sanitization: Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
Trash Management: Collect and dispose of trash, recyclables, and waste materials properly.
Surface Cleaning: Wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and countertops, to remove dust and dirt.
Window Cleaning: Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
Stock Maintenance: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report when new supplies are needed.
Equipment Care: Maintain and store cleaning equipment properly, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Incident Reporting: Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or necessary repairs to the supervisor.
Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.
Special Cleaning Projects: Assist with deep cleaning tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Skills: Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 25 lbs).
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
Personal Attributes: Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Good communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Work Environment:
