Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Female Cleaner cum Office Assistant to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office environment, while also providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the office is tidy, attending to visitors, handling office parcels, and assisting with various office-related tasks. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of office spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, kitchen, and pantry, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked.
Ensure the proper disposal of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.
Regularly clean windows, glass surfaces, and office furniture, ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable.
Greet visitors, candidates, and clients in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
Escort visitors to the appropriate areas, including conference rooms or waiting areas, as needed.
Handle the reception area and direct visitors or candidates to the relevant department or staff member.
Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring that necessary items are well-stocked and readily available.
Assist with other office-related tasks as assigned by management or staff.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning, administrative support, or similar roles is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
Ability to handle physical tasks and maintain cleanliness standards across the office.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
