Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as a Cleaner and Cook in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in designated areas and preparing meals to ensure a hygienic and pleasant environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning Duties:

• General Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including offices, kitchens, restrooms, and common areas.
• Sanitization: Ensure all surfaces are sanitized regularly to maintain a high standard of hygiene.
• Waste Management: Collect and dispose of trash in a timely manner.
• Supplies Management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed in the cleaning areas.

Cooking Duties:

• Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established menus and recipes.
• Food Safety: Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies.
• Menu Development: Assist in planning and updating menus, contributing new ideas for meals.
• Presentation: Ensure meals are presented well and served on time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in both cleaning and cooking roles, preferably in a hospitality or service industry.
• Culinary Skills: Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards.
• Cleaning Skills: Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and supplies effectively.
• Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and food quality.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Communication: Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
