We are seeking a dedicated Building Cleaner to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for building tenants, staff, and visitors. If you take pride in your work and enjoy creating clean spaces, we'd love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of building common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and stairwells.
• Sanitize and restock restrooms to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
• Vacuum, mop, sweep, and polish floors as required.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and other surfaces to maintain a polished appearance.
• Address spills and other cleaning emergencies promptly.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report when restocking is necessary.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, products, and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet high cleanliness standards.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a clean and welcoming environment.
