Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
• Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops and sinks
• Cleaning kitchen areas and kitchen equipment
• Making beds and changing linens
• Washing windows
• Washing blinds
• Steaming and cleaning draperies, curtains
• Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs
• Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors
• Sorting, washing, loading, and unloading laundry
• Ironing clothing items
• Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces
• Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste
• Using any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools
• Reporting any damages to supervisor

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeping attendant (min 1 year)
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Willingness to learn new cleaning methods and how to use various pieces of equipment
• Ability to adapt to different situations and change work processes to accommodate customer needs
• Organizational skills
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Working quickly without compromising quality
• Good customer service skills
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Reliability
• Integrity and honesty
• High energy levels
• Ability to take criticism
• Knowledge of English language (min conversational level)
