Job Description

Main Role:

a. Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials facilitating active learning.

b. Develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and tests that are in accordance with established procedures.

c. Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.

d. Use relevant technology to support and differentiate instruction.

e. Applies mastery of content knowledge and its application across learning areas.

f. Facilitates learning using appropriate and innovative teaching strategies and classroom management practices.

g. Manages an environment conducive to learning.

h. Implements and supervises curricular and co-curricular programs to support learning.

i. Monitors and evaluates learner progress and undertakes activities to improve learner performance.

j. Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.

k. Counsels and guides learners.

l. Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder
• With at least 2 years of experience in teaching

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
