We are looking for a skilled

Cladding Carpenter

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of

wood, aluminum, and composite cladding

for exterior and interior surfaces while ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and install

wooden, aluminum, and composite panels

for cladding work Construct and install

substructures, framing, and support systems

for cladding panels Ensure precise

alignment, leveling, and finishing

of cladding materials Apply appropriate

fixing techniques using screws, adhesives, and other fasteners

Repair and maintain

existing cladding structures

as required Read and interpret

technical drawings, blueprints, and work specifications

Work efficiently with a team to

complete projects on schedule

Follow

safety and quality standards

in all cladding work

Requirements:

Candidate must be currently in the UAE

Proven experience as a

Cladding Carpenter

Strong knowledge of

cladding materials, installation techniques, and finishing methods

Experience with

wood, aluminum, HPL (High-Pressure Laminate), and composite panel installations

Ability to

read and understand technical drawings and measurements

Familiarity with

safety regulations and best practices

Physical stamina and ability to

work in various conditions

Attention to

detail and craftsmanship

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in

exterior and interior cladding works

Knowledge of

different fixing systems and waterproofing techniques

Ability to

work independently and as part of a team

Trial & Salary Details:

The selected candidate will undergo a

2-day onsite trial

to assess skills During the trial, payment will be made on a

daily basis

If the candidate passes the trial, they will be offered a

fixed monthly salary

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive salary based on experience Accommodation and transportation provided Medical insurance as per UAE labor law

Working Hours:

8 hours per day, with 1 weekly off . Overtime may be required based on project demands.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
