Job Opportunity: Civil/Architectural Draftsman

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a skilled Civil/Architectural Draftsman to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of local laws and regulations set by the Abu Dhabi Municipality. Proficiency in creating both 2D and 3D designs is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and implement design concepts based on Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations.
• Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings for various civil and architectural projects.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with local building codes and standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to meet project requirements.
• Upload designs and project submissions on the local government portal, Tamm.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience as a draftsman in Abu Dhabi or similar regions.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software.
• Familiarity with local building laws and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
