Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Team Leader to our Maintenance Company. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid background in civil engineering, and the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively. This role involves coordinating project activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of civil engineers and technicians in the execution of projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil engineering activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Review and approve design plans, technical documents, and construction drawings.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Prepare project reports, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Valid UAE Driver's License.
• Proven experience in civil engineering and project management, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, project management tools).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
