Urgent Hire - Civil Supervisor

Oil & Gas Client based in Abu Dhabi

Qualification

: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Certifications

in Civil related works, excavation, joint pits

Experience

: 10 to 12 years relevant experience + 5 years' experience in brown field projects within Oil & Gas industry at supervisory level.

Job Specific Skills

Experience in excavation, trenching, duct bank construction and backfilling knowledge of civil construction techniques, excavation safety, and site surveying. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6 for project planning. Ability to lead teams, troubleshoot issues, and make critical site decisions. Experience in project execution, contractor management, and cost control. Understanding of tendering, procurement, and logistics coordination, ensuring compliance with project budgets, optimizing material availability, and mitigating supply chain risks to enhance project efficiency and minimize delays., ensuring efficient resource allocation, timely material delivery, and risk mitigation to prevent project delays and cost overruns.
