Black & Grey HR is actively recruiting for a prominent landscaping company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is recruiting a Civil Supervisor who provides guidance to construction crews in order to ensure the proper, efficient and timely completion of construction projects.Other responsibilities are:- Maintain excellent customer service and communication skills with employees, clients and management.- Ensures that safety and risk management practices are followed in the performance of all work.- Ensures all construction work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards.- Utilize labour, materials, supplies and equipment in an efficient manner.- Organize work to ensure efficient use of resources and to meet work completion deadlines.- Delegate daily assignments to crew and provide direction and coordination with sub-contractors as needed within productivity.- Ensuring daily ordering materials and equipment needed for installation.- Assure installation meets compliance with the project plans and specifications- Trains and promotes the development of crew members in the best practices of construction.- Monitors all tools, equipment and machinery on site.- Tracks and records all job expenses, which include materials and hours worked.- Professionally represents the company at all times and attends project meetings as required.- Performs additional duties as assigned by the project manager.- Follow the rules and regulations according to the company policy.
