Overview:
The Civil Supervisor for Refurbishment Projects oversees the planning, execution, and successful completion of civil engineering refurbishment projects. This role involves managing all aspects of refurbishment projects, from initial assessment and planning to construction and final handover. To ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting, in collaboration with project stakeholders.
Site Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of existing structures or facilities slated for refurbishment to identify scope of work, required resources, and potential challenges.
Resource Allocation: Allocate human resources, equipment, and materials effectively to support refurbishment activities and optimize project outcomes.
Execution: execute the assigned project as per given budget with quality.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that refurbishment work meets established standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any quality issues promptly.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, permits, and safety standards throughout the refurbishment process. Obtain necessary permits and approvals as required.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities. Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.
Health and Safety: Promote a culture of safety and ensure that all refurbishment activities are conducted in accordance with established health and safety protocols. Implement measures to prevent accidents, injuries, and incidents on site.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or diploma , Construction Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in project management, with a focus on civil engineering refurbishment projects. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in UAE only.
Must Have valid Driving License of UAE (Manual preferred)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
